has been spinning since 1997, four years after discovering club/rave culture in DC, Baltimore and beyond.

Among many djs he'd like to thank for inspiration are: Baggadonuts, Scott Henry, Onionz, Sidney Spells, Josh Wink, King Britt, Steppin' Razor and the Northwest Collective (Moose, KidGusto, Naka, Anton, Pascal, SR-70).

Payne would also like to thank all dancers, his big sis', brothers and his family and chosen family, all artists and peace activists, the u13 massive, House of Pain collective and Hobart House.
